Got mine yesterday, fit is good and the fabric feels great. Design got the thumbs up from wife and kids who usually mock the Lycra!

Thanks!

Some pink and black arrow grip tape and some 5" trucks for the skateboard I'm making with my daughter. A pair of pink grips (notice a theme???) for the 16" wheel bike she's just been handed down from her big brother. Some 100mm wide insulation tape to try something different with fat bike tubeless. ...

A very left field suggestion, but a Smarties lid taped over the power switch makes any torch locked...

Bum, I'm after the older ones with the external gear cables. I'd forgotten about the shoes, sorry! In the USA at the moment but I'll get them next week if that's ok? Sorry again.

Re: Lightweight Pedal Spanners?

If you've got a fairly robust seatpost ( so not carbon!) You could use a cut down 15mm spanner, with the seatpost giving leverage.

They look good, any idea how heavy they are, as it would need to do double duty as my fell running jacket?

Re: Todays ride

No pictures, but a nice long and fairly float road ride this morning. Left Sheffield at 4:15am, riding to Filey to open presents with my daughter (who's on holiday there with the grandparents). Pretty uneventful really, accidental extra mile or 2 round Hunmanby, and massive hunger pangs at 94 miles ...

Sounds superb. I bumped into you on the way up to stanage pole, and you didn't look like your legs were hurting! Good to know you found a roof for the night as it sounded pretty tough out there. Good luck with the ride & the onwards journey.

Anyone tried one of these? Any idea of the weight?

Might take a ride to Lidl shortly if they're any good - will buy a few if someone away from a store is after a bed.

Re: Rehydration Salts

For travelling with, try to get hold of the sample packs of zero. For want if a better description, they're packed like a tiny condom in a foil packet (at least my wife claims that's what they look like) and stay in one piece much better than those in a tube.
