great event stopped going because they shut the caravan cl site just up from the registration point, on my 1st go I had multiple cramp in the legs, soon learned from it though, used to make a nice w/end.

Very broadly speaking your max hr would be in the region of 220 minus your age. Your max sustainable he about 60-80% of that. my msr is similar to bobs but slightly newer I burn petrol/ thinners/panel wipe, as stated not a simmering tool, can't see how he had flames leaping about in the bothy as once running they glow and flames are small, and make really loud noise so not a popular item in close proximity areas, great bit...

went on a pub reccie the rag was rammed but looked good lots of peeps eating, but couldn't get on the car park so looked through the window food looked ok will try and get over again and ask for veggy options, the redmore seems ok got a menu but not many veggy options 5 items in total 2 starters 1 n...

I do it off the pc mart open up 2 desktop screens one on Flickr and one on the forum(side by side) then click share on the photo and just paste the bbcode of the picture across onto the forum ,don't know how to do it off a phone or tablet to be honest I'm pretty sh@#e at all things to do with tech ...
