Re: Easy Tubeless

cant see hows it the body as i assume the tightening squashes the free wheel against the hub[ so its essentially fixed] so some spacer or some such is missing/poorly fitted

That was what happened with mine and i assume the freewheel spins when not in the frame

Re: Saudi Arabia?

I like my foreign trips to include the drinking of copious amounts of booze though so I suppose I'll be waiting for a more liberal regime. I like my regimes to be liberal in terms of how they treat women, homosexuals, voteing , neighbouring countires and tend to not like the ones who assisinate jou...

Re: Full Mudgaurds?

Commuter has mudguards SKS 38 mm ones iirc.
Also use a mud hugger on rear for SS and a front fork bung mounted front one

They are practical beyond words and making riding in sub standard weather much more pleasant as its the spray that soaks and is full of crud.

Re: Tubeless sealant

I know i sealant goes off /wont last forever so requires replacing I am specifically asking why you go through the faff of unseating, removal, cleaning, reinstalling etc as i know of no ill effects from just adding some more sealant which takes about 2 minutes where as you approach is what an hour? ...

i don think you are the weakest link, you are a team [lucky dad and son] and both pull each other through and on.

I doubt you would have ridden on in that health for anyone else not even yourself. see a team.
I have enjoyed both so far,

Re: Which extra would keep me warmer?

Pretty hard to refute that
As you are expelling the heat the only question is are you going to use it to warm you or the planet?

I have yet to be that cold.

Re: Which extra would keep me warmer?

why ? Though I am unlikely to ever bivvy I suppose i wanted the double win for my tent of not needing an inner [ so some weight saving] and being warmer - Using it as a liner means still needing something else I have seen posts/vids where folk use the blanket to make the bivvy bigger, to take a pad ...
