Also worth stating that Komoot works from grid references, use a site to convert OS references to grid references and all checkpoints can easily get plotted.
Also easy in Komoot to move the order of the separate points to re-Route accordingly.

My advice would be to get the biggest your frame will take, which should be 45mm for your frame, assuming you're running 700c wheels. WTB Resolute's are generally well regarded and have good puncture resistance, I ran some last year and they were OK in the dry, not so much when it was wet or muddy....
