After a bit of searching I found a small DC-DC convertor with a dual USB outlet that looks like it'll do the job, load testing so far has not shown any real problems charging Wahoo Bolt but it's significantly warmer charging a smartphone but nothing alarming. It's 8.4vdc so expecting or imagining that whatever adaptor will be able to regulate that to 5vdc.
I'm sure I've seen something in the dim and distant past, but didn't buy it or book mark it
