maybe a side entry bottle cage could help. there are also some bottles which get much wider at the top holding more liquid but still fit in a standard cage, dont know what size they are or who makes them though

smart. thanks for the tips. ive heard of people squaring off their guitar cases to make them rectangle when flying cheap airlines, as to travel with a musical instrument costs much more than to travel with a big box which is the same size as a musical instrument

okay that'll be it. i think i just presumed it was removable as it was previously set up tubeless. or maybe i thought that all core's were removable.

so in that case ill have to pop the bead, put in the sealant (might as well clean out the old stuff while im at it) and then re-bead/inflate the tyre?

hiyas new to tubeless and got a bad thorn puncture. i want to re-gunk my tyre without having to reset the bead, a cheapo valve core removal tool arrived in the post today but it doesn't fit. it does however fit my other three bikes which are all (non-tubeless) presta valve. it fitting... https://sha...

Cheapo, but still only 65g, down balaclava; as down hat alternative. Also interested see if ameliorates slug-on-nose situations (we know the answer to that one don't we children). Only drawback is it's the size of a bloody bin-liner - I could almost sleep in the balaclava and leave my sleeping bag ...
