100%! in the run up the the LL300 FKT i used visualisation techniques to anticipate difficult times and scenareos. When those arose i could simply refer back to my visualiamsations which helped me process what was going on and allow me to navigate that difficulty without really giving it too much he...

Its definatley a niche in the market and i expect he could potentially do quite well if he markets himself at the right demographic. Their is potentially a very high cost involved with entering such events when you add it all up, especially when you factor in training time in the run up. If you want...

Has anyone seen the new Smartshift (electroncic) shifting system by Pinion: It looks fantastic, two of my main issues were having to stop pedelling to shift, and the grip shift.
