Somewhat inspired by Verena's BAM report where she went through an area I have been meaning to go back to, it was 25 years or so since...

Had to drop the van off for a timing belt change in the morning so had a brew and some porridge on the ride back home . Hopefully everything go...

With an almost perfect second hand Pace winter active jacket to replace an ancient Polaris one on which the zips have gone but is still my go to cold weather choice hope this one is as warm and last as long if it does it's unlikely I will need another .

I went for an evening ride up the Malvern hills to enjoy the sunset and took some food and drink with me in order to eat out for a change! i decided i would follow the example set last year and eat at the highest point in the area . Re: Whats been your favourite-est forks ever?

My favourite ever Forks are Pace rc40's to the point I had 4 bikes with them on at one point and am still riding two, for me personally they were the ultimate fit and forget forks light and coil sprung I know others may not have had the same years of trouble free use . I have modern Pike's which are...

I definitely used to have buttered Weetabix with chocolate spread along with a cup of tea when I was a kid . I also have to eat some of the beans cold from the tin before they go in the saucepan so going to get some Weetabix and see .

I put the plastic Nukeproof f...

12/12 for 2020 The weather forecast said it could possibly snow around 5am so seemed like the perfect night to get December done ,that was thinking around lunchtime by 5 o'clock the car was frozen up and my resolve was wavering .
