Gorilla clips (again...)

I'm looking for some advice on using these on my Tripsters' carbon forks as my frame is diminutive and I'm looking for extra carrying space. I've looked at other threads and from what I can see as long as the intended cargo is light , they should be secure and not compromise the carbon in any way? (...

Re: WTD Tubus Cargo or Logo rear rack 26"

Many thanks to All for the replies.

It's the Cargo or the Logo that I'm after specifically as my old tortek is a little flimsy.

Thanks anyway.

Re: Who’s appreciating riding their bike?

I'm missing riding a lot! Having to make do with looking at the bike and dreaming a lot.

Got diagnosed with Covid 19 on March 21st and am still feeling like a bag of old poo.

Time to learn Spanish while planning the world trip.........

Re: JennRide 2019

Thankyou Rich for a belter of a route although those last few climbs (pushes!) were tough for me, I felt much stronger at the finish than I thought I would. I think my slow pace helped there ! Glad I was on the Orange this year , much more fun. Enjoyed a beautiful view at our camp spot at Wastwater ...

Mike Shell Sheldrake is an vaguely exciting rider from my neck of the woods - Leicester- who rode the Silk Road mountain race last year and the Italy Divide earlier this year. We pressganged him in to a talk about the Silk Road experience at Leicester Bike Park.

Re: #jennride2019 is LIVE!!!

Really looking forward to this. Easily one of the best weekends I've had and I've been in love with dirt for 22 years. I never knew Jenn personally but had been struck by both her writing ability (a brilliantly written account of 24hr solo singlespeeding in The Outcast alerted me) and her quiet but ...

Re: Bike fitting West Midlands - who would you recommend?

Hello all. I would heartily recommend Mike Veal at Bike Dynamics . After 15 years of knee problems and many physiotherapists and other bike fits , Mike was the person who sorted my knees out. His approach is systematic , experienced and thorough. He literally saved my (riding) life and I wish I had ...

Re: Our Highland Trail 550 write up.

I really enjoyed reading your inspirational write up, I stand in awe of you both. What did you both think of the Frontier? I'm especially interested in Toms' thoughts as although he's probably taller than me (I'm almost 5'2" !) He is more likely nearer to my size and weight. While I love my 631...
