Normally it’s my single malt that’s open in the house. Like something with a nice Peaty kick to it and normally accompanied with a little cheese and crackers. Only luxury I really take.

Normally try to get them pointing backwards if possible.Front is always in line with fork leg and back is normally rear facing continuing the line from seat stay. :cool:

Really struggling the past few days.Been working 12hr days and by time I get home at 7pm I just end up sitting on the couch having dinner and not moving for a few hours then it's sleep time ready to do it all again. Really need to get my motivation back and even do a run or something straight after ...

I would definitely buy one then spend the money I save on a good dry suit, a buoyancy aid and some swimming lessons as would definitely be requiring them with a PX packraft. :grin: :grin: In fact no not for me.Would rather spend with someone who actually knows what customer service is. :-bd I'm away...

Used to be fan of a dropper post but once my reverb gave up in the middle of fisherfields i have since decided not to bother.One more thing to go wrong and that pedal back nearly killed me. Was doing really well with food and exercise then had a family celebration today so had far too much rubbish food and beer. Park run tomorrow first thing then ride the bike all afternoon so should get some of it off hopefully.

Just done my starting weight in and shocked at the results.No wonder clothes don't fit anymore. Between the festive period and some family stuff I have put on a stone in just over a month. 14 stone 11 ,207lbs, 93.9 kg. Aim to lose a stone for 1st of March. Jogging 5k every second night from now one ...

Definitely need to get my weight down and stop finding excuses so count me in as well.

Well after this year being a write off between family problems and work 2019 can only be better. Hopefully moving back to Scotland so plan for next year is to just ride my bike anywhere and as much as possible. Going to try BAM after only managing 6 months this year and possibly take a few weeks out...
