It certainly is a cheery Friday , the young lad passes out of basic training today and he’s got a weeks leave before he starts his phase 2 training, so even mrs MAM is in good humour :-bd

Ton , I had a big issue with hypertension in the summer , tablets didn’t really bring it down and I’d occasionally pass out when they kept changing my pills so I stopped taking the new ones and went back to my old ones , when I was weighed I’d put on 11kg without really noticing, went on a plan call...

Stu WWB not sure yet as it’s the first weekend of the boys basic training and wife is already in bits at the thought of her little Prince being handed over to the navy , so this one might have to be a miss , but will let you know closer to date

If you don’t mind larger the becks blue isn’t bad , maybe it’s just because I’m a bit thick but I drank 6 bottles and thought to my self why aren’t I feeling a bit tipsy , wife and son were killing themselves laughing telling me it was AF , it was only then I noticed the gassy taste too it :???:
