I quite like the look of these but wonder if the palm will be so thick I'd struggle to feel the brake lever! https://www.safetygloves.co.uk/9121_6_single.html?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwoJa2BhBPEiwA0l0ImP62Vekmv_uITij4fCPXtvOYPb_f0wegXEvFus29qGFeqoDllzPM3hoCfQMQAvD_BwE @fatbikephil - ...

Ha, i did consider them! Actually I reckon a leather glove would work. But I'd look a bit weird.

Gorse proof gloves anyone?
Fed up with death by a thousand pricks ever summer. I need a pair of gloves with a ballistic nylon back and thin grippy front.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Thanks.

Re: Any Pinnacle Ramin 3+ owners?
Yup, i sold mine when i needed to buy an ebike to keep me riding during some health issues. Thankfully Shaf sold it back to me when I'd mostly recovered! I've tried it in various guises. Even ran it drop bar for a while. I think my fave set up was singlespeed rigid semi-fat mullet. It just seemed to...

Folding bike bag
A bag for a folding bike. It'll fit a Brompton but not my 20" Carrera so probably not a Decathlon equivalent.
The bag does however also fold up into an attached bag.
Not sure I'm explaining this well:

Re: Folding Bikes - Experiences..
I've got a Carrera Intercity with hydraulic disc brakes. It flies!!
I wanted Brompton but had problems buying the one I wanted so went for the Carrera. I would like it to fold smaller but for the money it is faster and lighter and I don't mind locking it places. It also folds quicker!

Re: Wild Country Zephyros Compact 2 Tent Opinions Please
I've had one for several years now. Nice and spacious for one. Also works for two. New versions have smaller/foldable end poles I believe that reduce pack length.
A bit heavy and big for bike travel but great for car camping or if shared between two.
I like mine.

A decent set of earplugs. And if I may have a second, a wooly hat i can pull over my eyes when I'm sleeping.
I struggle to sleep if there is noise and light!

Dorset Gravel Dash, possibly KAW, Singlespeed UK champs. And hopefully some other local bivvies between.
Plus I've booked a bike for Lanzarote next month and I'm starting my own biz so most likely will be time poor, cash poor, so cycling to keep me sane.

Re: All day comfortable, do-it-all waterproof trousers?
I often forget I'm waering my OMM Kameleika (spelling?!) trousers. Although you'll need some leggings under them as they would feel a bit odd next to the skin all day. They also look kinda normal in a technical way.
