Gore shoes for running seems a bit pointless as all they do is trap the water that comes in the ankle inside.

Gave up with gore trail shoes and just use warm socks and breathable trail shoes - I’m not running 50-100k ultras though just up to half marathon distances

Bought a bike recently that came with a specialized saddle, will have to check if it’s the model you’re after as I’m not using it

Actually need an axle, end cap and free hub but a complete rear hub might be easier to come by for a love mud hobo rear wheel.

Would consider similar 148x12mm 6bolt disc rear hubs if cheap - ideally Shimano HG

Plenty of early 26” fat bike forks would fit the bill as 29+ fits easily on a fatty.
