For medical reasons I am partially retired, I now only work three days a week, not enough to tax but enough for NI contributions, we are taking advantage of the married couples allowance to help a little.

A tough week, my brain and energy levels were not in a great place, my diet apart from a few bad days was much improved.

Apologies for the late start here, not had the easiest of starts to the year, just started with a personal trainer who specializes in helping people with TBI's and similar recover, think I might actually do well this time.
