Re: Bargain Alert Thread

RAB eVent Alpine bivi bags reduced from £270 to £110 (promo code SP-SC-20). If the code doesn't work you may need to be a member (free). Thanks for that! I almost pulled the trigger without using the code. Nice bonus discount at the checkout. I grabbed one and a RAB silk liner, also at half price. ...

Re: The post man's been ...

I gave AlasdairMc’s Singular Swift a new home.

Sat eagerly refreshing the tracking code on Tue morning only to say it was sat in the Edinburgh depot. Popped to the shops for an hour at 11am, when I got back it was sat in my hallway.

I went for a spin over the South Downs and was dazzled by the lines. Had some lovely shots framed up but the light was constantly changing. Happy with these three though. https://i.imgur.com/VZ8cXxH.jpg?1 No hallucinogens required. https://i.imgur.com/RsnQ5mb.jpg?1 This heap of seaweed was so dark i...

Thanks for all the recommendations, there’s a couple on here that look suitable, I just need to get stuck into my Friday night beers and make a drunken purchase.

Flat pedal shoe recommendations

Hi folks. Long time lurker, first time poster. After piling on some excess reserves over Christmas I need to back out on the bike asap but my only footwear options are wellies or a pair of pristine white Dunlops. I recently moved away from SPDs to flats and loving it. However I’ve worn through my cr...

Oh great, looking forward to this even more now! I've spent a lot of time on the IOW but not much riding.

How many people turn up in fancy dress then? Are we talking about a handful of people or do most people make an effort? Got a couple of ideas up my sleeve…

SSUK 2018 IOW

Not strictly a bike packing event but wondered if there were any Boners attending this year? Having only just fitted a cassette and the other bits for the SDW last weekend, I'm single again — ladies! — in time for the weekend bash in a couple off weeks. I'll be heading down from Lewes so should be t...

WNTD - 21t + 22t Single Speed Sprocket/Cog (Cassette)

Does anyone have a 21 and/or 22 tooth single speed sprocket/cog kicking about?

Preferably one with a wide base like the Surly/Andel/Gusset ones.

To fit a Shimano cassette hub.
