I use my thin, lightweight rain smock as wind gear too. Large Platypus weighs about 30 g. No boxers. Montbell bivi bag. Just shy of 200 g. Maps... opening pandora's box; Use gps only. Backup on phone. No paper. Cut down on the bags. Most are overbuild. Mine always fail at the velcro, not the seams....

I'd order all those items by weight and then start looking at the heavier items first. Do you intend to bivy or are you aiming to ride through and a bivy would just be something that you might have to do? In the latter case would emergency kit do or do you want to be comfy? Really not much there to be losing and the stuff you've highlighted is the stuff I'd leave behind. Although ... What's an Unbottle? That seems heavy. I did buy a pair from there and they arrived fine in about 7 - 10 days. However, they are the Race Guard version not 'Tubeless Easy'. How difficult they'll be to set-up tubeless remains to be seen :wink: I reckon when you've things like this pretty much day after day, you don't want heavy tyres :-b...
