Re: Winter Event entries now open.

Are the GRs out not seen an email yet 🤔 Check your email in box, from Dee Jones If not there it might be in your SPAM folder Found between Ukrainian Beauties and Prostrate Problems  in said folder. Though clicking the box to accept all mail from Stuart is possibly an even scarier prospect :l...

Re: Today's Run

Brisk does not even come close to the words I want to use. I'd probably opt to not run in those temps :) I’m certainly taking more notice of the weather report before I head out. We are 10 days into a cold spell with at least another week to go. It’s also important to take note of the humidity. As ...

We sometimes do silly things just because it seemed a good idea at the time  My 2021 Strava report said my coldest run had been -18C back in Jan 2021 in Appleton, WI. is the Wynnstay officially the new Star then? I'll keep that in mind for the WRT. There aren't really (m)any other options. It may be short lived if Pauline has actually found a buyer :???: Good for her but maybe not so for those looking for bikepacking friendly and priced accommodation

I think that is the sensible option. Though the path is wide and all gated, I'm sure someone at some point would take offence to a cyclist passing through :|

Re: Dartmoor 200. September 18th

A great route, and the timings/route work well for a ride through the night. With a 9am start and going around 10/12kmph, add a stop on Okehampton (the chip shop closes at 2pm but the bakery is still open at 2.15! has a toilet etc!), a final pub meal in Princetown, means the next stretch is easy te...

Re: How did Stu miss this - gravel

I've gone through two sets of brake pads (without using them) and full drive chain set, during a wet D2D ride. Only saving grace was the supplier of the bottom bracket had a trade stand there and accepted warranty!!
