Thinking of an ITT end of August....
What is the resupply situation like in rural Wales. Is much still closed?

Seatpack Liner

Anybody any recommendations for something to line my Bedrock seat pack with? Doesn't need to be a full on dry bag, the pack itself is waterproof material they just didn't tape the seams. Nice and thin and light.

Re: Garmin Dakota Mount - 3D Printed

Currently got the guys at raceware direct looking at a similar thing but putting a garmin quarter turn mount on the back. Opens up a raft of possibilities for mounts out front etc, and makes transfer between bikes way easier.

Wildcat Tiger playing with a dropper

I've gone across to a dropper post but Im loath to give up my faithful wildcat tiger for some over-engineered american thing :o I've ordered a wolf tooth valais, has anybody any experience modifying this pack to play nicely with a dropper? Looking at it I will need a narrower strap/buckle so that it...

Hmmm can I justify another £130 when I already have two other bivy bags?

Re: OR Helium Bivvy

Thanks for the advice, I have got a one man tent I could take but is a little bulkier than I would like. Think I might just have to keep riding or get chewed!!

OR Helium Bivvy

Heading up for a run at the HT next week, just read Chris Hopes write up and Im having midge based nightmares. Was just planning on tarping with a SOL bivvy sack to keep moisture off the bag and then going for a head-net if the midges are bad. The OR seems a better option for midge defence but it di...

Sawyer in-line filter, any good?

So I usually just act sensible with where I grab water but after the WRT I think I picked up a little something one of the million or so sheep that had been p*@*£*ing in my water sources. In the search for minimum faff I found this, main question is whats the resistance like when sucking through? I ...

FS-Whyte C29 L frame & Drivetrain-£600

Bike originally bought back in 2013 then frame replaced under warranty (hence the stealth decals) in summer 2014. Ridden and XC raced a few times before it was then laid up for winter. Early 2015 it got stripped for a new full suss build, finally gotten round to selling. Only one major mark from a s...
