109.2kg again

112Kg bit late, after rugby tour to Rome, to be expected. Not surprisingly, stacks of carbs but no pasta. Worth it though start again tomorrow ( bit of a recurring thing line that)

109.2 Kg yoyoing about a bit. Goal for next week to get under 17st. Then off to Italy for Scotland game so will come back about a stone heavier no doubt

112 Kg, motivation lost this week. Beer and takeaways won.

110 Kg, wheels fell off this week, back on it Monday. Honest.

108.4 Kg tried suggestions from 99percentchimp and managed to hit the gym three times while working away. Felt like I had lost more, jeans looser etc. But only a small loss. Still feel better for it though and that’s a good thing on,on.

As of today 105.8 kg BMI 32.7. I've put on 3.2 kg over the festive period.
Would like to get to 88kg (14stone in old money) by the summer.
My plan is to eat less, exercise more and no alcohol during the week too
