Looks like I have to go to work. But will attempt to still come back weighing less than when I went. Just won't eat much (east peasy)

Re: Fat Fighters 2021

Ended up adding about 4kg of weight whilst I was trying to remove it in prep for an 'Everesting'. Decided it'd be too boring anyway but will use it as an opportunity to do some research and possibly lose some weight in the process. Research Q being: "How many feet of climbing can I do on ZamZam...

Similar happened to me Gairy. Precovid I bought summat and had it collected by my mate Donald. Then he got stuck in Malaysia whilst out there with his family. Caught up with him outside a Premier Inn at sometime in March or April during a work trip to the midlands. He pulled out some used (well 3 in...

Agreed. Amazing breakthrough. Wish it came in 2L flavours. My 3L I usually fill up to 2.5L so this should/might do me a good job (as long as that tube is long enough.

Re: Tell me bout NC500

That's very true! I'd imagine busy single track roads with impatient people ignoring the passing places would probably get old pretty quickly. Why not just commit to getting the train up to Thurso and then ride down through Scotland to return home from a station further south? Thats a good shout......

Thanks Phil. Had never really thought of that and don't understand why noone ever made an NC500 for cycling. I always assumed that since everyone loves it so much it must be rather enjoyable (thw riding as well as scenery)... we shall indeed make our own nc500 :-bd

For what it’s worth unless your dead set on the nc500 I would look somewhere else. It’s been mayhem the past few months with all this staycation carry on. If you set on that route then the Belach na baa isn’t too bad to ride up there’s a lot worse climbs along the route. Most small villages will ha...
