I’ve just bought a pair of Scarpa Rush from Rock and Run. Currently on offer at £60. I bought mine for summer walking in the hills and first thoughts are they are very comfy. Thanks SBF... whats the sizing like. The website states to go up 1 eu size... I'm 10.5 in adidazlers and 10 to 10.5 in FiveT...

Nice to see that Josh Ibbett has been taking home styling cues from Shaf. I actually thought that when I first saw that pic https://i.imgur.com/DAz6PZy.jpg Missus is finally forcing some decoration and a fireplace not dissimilar to this has been added. Maybe if she sees sense and doesn't get ...

Oh... fizzy pop and ginger beer as well as flavoured drinks and cordial... I've cut em out. All the above has just about kept me from going closer to the 90kg mark. 90kg is where I would have been had I not had this here thread to encourage and remind me... so thanks everyone NB. Similar happened to me Gairy. Precovid I bought summat and had it collected by my mate Donald. Then he got stuck in Malaysia whilst out there with his family. Caught up with him outside a Premier Inn at sometime in March or April during a work trip to the midlands. He pulled out some used (well 3 in...
