Internal is 19.5mm and as you are nhs then £50 plus is fine.
Thanks so much Tim... PM coming through... When I sell it on (after the bb200 and once I've built up a shiny new fat tired one) I'll ensure all the money goes to the most needy (so it's a double win for ya :-bd )

Hi tim... qhats the internal rim measure pls and is £50 plus collection/postage well below your 'it's a p-taking' threshold... Just need it for the BB200 more than anything else as I plan on building summat lighter, later...

Pretty please

Not today's, but Sunday's run... Cavendish Cancer care (a charity which has massively helped my family & friends) lost 5 charity runners for Sunday's Sheffield half marathon due to illness. I signed up last night and picked up a vest today. Not run for 6 weeks, but done plenty of riding so fing...

Re: A Bog Too Far - Dartmoor 200

Forest section was fine. Fast and flowing - no bush whacking required. The river that was thigh deep when we did it had a bank of stones across most of it, barely got wet feet. The streams on the moorland section were both rideable. Much drier this time, which was good otherwise it would have been ...

Or this https://www.outdoorline.sk/en/tents/six ... pe-trekker which is apparently longer but shallower than Lunar. Then save weight (and liklihood/urge to use for/mid the bb200) by just taking a quilt/sleeping bag and leaving the mat behind...

ATK, yes I'm still trying to buy non-china produce where appropriate. The boots are from China but appear to have a massive blurb on the Arcteryx website about thier factory ethics and background (they were replacements as I doubt I could afford originals/rrp by them).

I'm not convinced but I'm probably not the best person to ask about a bivvy bag as I've only used one (on its own that is) a few times. https://www.ultralightoutdoorgear.co.uk/equipment-c3/tents-shelters-c25/bivvy-bags-c41/backcountry-bivy-3000-p14977 Its the heavier version of sierra designs backcountry withapparently stronger/proofier floor. To be honest the dogs done more damage on that front. He managed to split the end of his tail open and has left blood whacks around the place.
