Tent swap anyone?
I have a vgc Terra Nova laser competition 2 with the laser compact pole to make it more packable, and a footprint. My wife has decided she fancies touring and the tent is too small for both of us to sleep in. I’m after a lightweight (proper) 2 man (like a copper spur) or possibly a 3 man if it’s und...

Technical question
One for the bike design experts on here if you don’t mind: I’ve found a newish small company dealing exclusively in ti frames presumably built by Walty or similar. I had some questions regarding geometry and they advised that there had been a change in their published specs in that they had changed ...

Re: Brother cycles Big bro
I had one of these before I got my El Mariachi.
Excellent bikes but a little heavy. Geo is v similar to the first gen Surly Ogre which was a phenomenal bikepacking bike.

Looking for:
A decent condition 10/11 speed hollowtech 2 chainset (170mm ideally)
A 10 speed shifter and long cage rear mech - this is for my pub bike so nothing fancy needed. Cheaper the better!
Thanks

Salsa Warroad Frameset 54.5cm red SOLD
Struggled to shift as a full bike so now I’ve broken down. The frame is in excellent condition and had frame protection applied from new (which I have now removed). There are a couple of tiny chips and some of the paint around the brake mounts has come off. I purchased it brand new from Lyon Equipme...

Geometry basically. This is a 2015 frame so none of the modern long / low / slack trail bike angles.

Salsa Cowchipper 46cm
These are in good condition and are barely used. I’m pretty sure these are the ‘deluxe’ version but it does not say that on the bar itself so not sure how I can tell. The hood to hood dimension is 46cm but happy to send you a photo of other dimensions as these flare a fair bit. Looking for £25 plus ...

Re: New Trail Shoes
I have a set of Salomon XA pro gtx which are slightly more rugged than the Speedcross. I’ve just got back from the lakes and they were brilliant on hikes.
If you are planning on long runs in them they may be a tad stiff though. I think Sportsshoes have them on offer at the moment for £110 or so.

I’ve switched my hub out to a Son 28 so have this spare.
It’s a 12mm thru axle but comes with the kit to convert to QR.
These things are bombproof. Had the bearings replaced about 150 miles ago.
