WTD: The Cordillera books

I have the first volume of this which I enjoyed immensely. Is anyone willing to part with any other volumes? Or can you point me in the direction of where I can buy them?

Many thanks

Wanted: TOGS

Wondered if anyone had a pair of these they were willing to part with as the threads on one of mine are knackered.

For those curious as to what these are:

Re: New Bike Gear Out And Due Out...

My view on the GG after sitting on one, is why not just buy a krampus or KM and run drops with a load of spacers? The geometry is almost identical, the GG just has a much bigger front triangle.

You get much better tyre clearances and a suspension corrected fork.

+1 for Revelate. I’ve had the harness and now use the sweetroll. Sold to me by Scotroutes, I seem to believe.

It’s official now

Really interesting bike but the low 29” tyre clearance is a killer for me.

Re: New Bike Gear Out And Due Out...

Geometry mainly. Looks more similar to a flat bar frame than something like a Fargo or Gryphon.

Also max 29er is 2.1” which is disappointing given this is basically the ECR replacement.

Re: New Bike Gear Out And Due Out...

Looks like the new Surly frame is soon to land. Ghyllside Cycles just posted a teaser window display with the bike under wraps and there’s a guy with one unboxed in Europe somewhere. Looks like a less upright Fargo. V keen to see the numbers on it as my wrists stop me using flat bars these days and ...

Re: Salsa El Mariachi frame and forks REDUCED TO £375

Quite tempted by this now. What’s the tyre clearance on frame and fork?

And can it take a triple chainset?

Re: New Bike Gear Out And Due Out...

I really like the look of this bike but read the above concerns about ETT and now am not so sure. It’s now on bikeinsights and comparing a small cascade vs a medium Fargo the reach is 20mm longer and stack 39mm lower. Given it’s a similar concept I’m not sure how it’s going to work on long rocky rid...

Extra bonus, that brought the BMI down to 25 so I'm not overweight any more!!

Pleased with that given I’ve still been boozing a bit and have only done an hour on Zwift and several dog walks.
