Last minute bump for this since I bought some On One Fleegle Pros off someone, which seem ideal, but I fear they may have fallen victim to Evri's random parcel vapouriser

Pied d'elephant quilt from old jacket

Made my old down jacket with a bust zip into a kind of quilt-style pied d'elephant to use in conjunction with my new down jacket to top up my summer bag. The whole thing is a bit more flexible than my winter bag which is only half zip, which will be good for the TNR next week where the temperature c...

Was over in Dumfriesshire last week, staying in a place called Glenmidge no less. (Yesterday) a nice new eXotic carbon fork for the Longitude. Um'd and ah'd about it, having failed to find a cheaper option used, but decided it was worth it to give the bike a new lease of life, and if I was going to it would be silly to wait till after I ride the TNR. Annoying thing is I had exact...

Only one native (Jimmy) IIRC and it was held in the debatable lands. It did at least happen though.

WTD Bar with 15deg-ish backsweep

Having tried about a hundred different bars to get the sweep I like with a loop, I've now decided I don't want the loop  but would like to keep the same sweep, so looking for something with around 15deg. Anyone got anything they want to sell?

Glad my slapdashery has helped people  I have one of those and tbat is such an obvious solution its embarassing i never thought of it To be fair, it doesn't seem like it would work very well. Re: Small tubeless setup/DIY compressor

2. All inflaters are schrader not presta so you need a solution there. I just use an air gun with the nozzle jammed in the valve (core removed, obviously) to seat it, and then stick the core in and use a normal pump. If you're quick you can get the core in before all the air comes out and save a bi...

I couldn't for the life of me find an off-the-shelf replacement for these. Are you using QR Dave? I'm about to swap out Hunt QR end caps for TA's so you could get the QR ones as I won't be swapping them back. Replacement seals for hub end caps

Checked the front wheel bearings on my Hunt wheels, which turned out to be shot, probably helped by the fact that the seals on the end caps had both perished and one had split, so I'm trying to find replacements before I replace the bearings. Hunt told me the seals aren't available separately, and I...
