A good week, didnt even feel like I was trying toloose weight. eat plenty and kept a sensible eye on my eating. I like weeks like this :)

Im in this year, had to shave off the last bit and get down to my target weight of 180lbs, down from 283 three years ago. YoYoed a bit last year but in a good place at the moment so the last 20lbs should be doable but race season :) So weighted myself this morning at 206.5 thats with a bit of crimbo...

2018 plans are along these lines, so following with interest :)
