Hey guys Keen to keep up some over night trips during winter. I'm working over in Cheshire during the week, and thought I might try and ride the Trans Cambrian Trail over a couple of couple of relaxed days one weekend. I've got a Salsa Pro Moto 2 bar hanging around in the parts cupboard.

Used for 2 rides as such virtually brand new.

11 degree bend, 31.8 clamp.

Unlucky Scattamah, I got a good soaking after riding the southern section of the Pennine Bridleway. The heavens prompty opened around Stoodley Pike before I sort sanctuary in my friends pub in Hebden :-bd

Glad to hear it brought back some fond memories.

Arran was always on my radar as a climber for those Classic and Hard Rock ticks. Maybe one day I'll make it up there for those as well :-)

I generally favour the 80/20 rule: 80% (riding) / 20% (pushing)

I think this ride was probably the inverse of that but Arran is a beautiful island and we were more than rewarded for our efforts.

Not sure what it is about Trail Blazers but the tyre profile just looks wrong on pretty much every rim I've seen them mounted. Super boxy!
