I'm working over in Cheshire during the week, and thought I might try and ride the Trans Cambrian Trail over a couple of couple of relaxed days one weekend. Unlucky Scattamah, I got a good soaking after riding the southern section of the Pennine Bridleway. The heavens prompty opened around Stoodley Pike before I sort sanctuary in my friends pub in Hebden

I generally favour the 80/20 rule: 80% (riding) / 20% (pushing)
I think this ride was probably the inverse of that but Arran is a beautiful island and we were more than rewarded for our efforts.
