Re: Off Topic. Tell me about 20" trials bikes.

Have you ridden a mod bike before? If not, they are not the most intuative, designed to be on the rear wheel 95% of the time.

I've ridden 20, 24 and 26 over the years. Stupidly sold my 26 two years ago and bought a 24 - bad idea. Doesn't work for me TBH.

Exposure for the last 13 years or so. Literally have no interest in anything else. Early adopter, never looked back.

Won't be partaking. Second tier. Not certain it's a good idea to travel down anway. Suspect Calderdale will be going 3rd tier in a few days anyway.

Third dibs !

I don’t mind what specification they are, just need something cheap as my bike got nicked out of the garage last weekend and I’m trying to get parts together to build something up to get me back out
5th dibs - also, that's pretty lame :(

I've got a stem mounted exposure mount on the gravel bike and the lights sit under the bars all the time with no issue.

Shouldn't be of any worry - but more restrictions in North Wales as of Thursday:

Puts my plan of a weekend jaunt round the Paddy Buckley out the window. But such is the way of things.

Our old Berlingo was quite nice. Underpowered, but LOTs of space and storage. We had the XTR maxi version. Only cost us £2k

Re: Backpacking TLS

Pretty good Dave. My kit for two day mountain marathons is usually about 4.5kg including food - but dry weight. Usually another 2kg kit wise if I'm going "comfort" multi day walking - rest in food on top of that sounds right.

Gian is the chap to ask - he does a lot of multi day walks.
