My Oxford clamp (hinged rather than double clamped) has not budged since I attached it three years ago, even shimmed with bar tape to fit my small diameter handlebar. I might have cared about being slim for looks when I was a kid, but I've long since accepted I'm going to look like garbage at any sort of healthy weight anyway.

I lose weight for health, longevity (I hope) and performance, every kg helps.
