I'm lucky in that my body hasn't betrayed me of late, so I've been able to keep the activity up.
I can't even begin to imagine what my calorie intake would need to be to lose weight without it. It wouldn't be pleasant.

Re: Fat Fighters 2021
I've been looking at reverse dieting for getting back up to maintenance Cal's when either I reach goals or decided to have a diet break to restore any metabolic loss. Some say just go back up to what you think your tdee should be (various calculators) and some have slower or faster calorie builds o...

Thank you for the birthday wishes everyone. I've had a lovely morning exploring in the company of my official birthday present and this evening I'm going to Mach' for a special birthday kebab. https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-NFtj7MwDd7w/YGsNJy0j74I/AAAAAAAAH_E/vhlMxkBgMQM84pz8LLNYNGrgbfmLSc-4wCLcBGAsYHQ...

Also signed up to this. Looks like I'll be spending a decent amount of time up North this year.
Going to go up a few days early and have a bit of a pootle around.

Re: Fat Fighters 2021
Realistically I'm mid to low teens at the moment, but I'm not going to pull out the calipers to check.
Some muscle striation here and there. Quads, upper chest, delts. Upper abs and obliques showing, lower ones never will due to loose skin.

Fair few spots up and down that road too. Not quite as choice as the little areas, but unlikely to be completely full.whitestone wrote: ↑Fri Mar 26, 2021 2:19 pmOne of the parking areas is currently being built on so unlikely to be available!
Bunch North of the train line too (less than 5 min cycle to the start).

I'll be walking that completely this time. Not taking risks any more.
Other than that, there really isn't anything particularly gnarly that I recall.

Re: Another busy summer of BBQ, campfires and litter?
For what it's worth, that headline date just gives them flexibility. Without getting overly political, the odds that this government stops their core voter demographic from heading off to Spain / Greece / France come June... slim to none. I guess there is a possibility that they tie it to being full...
