Re: Family bikepacking

Re: routes defo Mawdach, also Shell Island (Harlech) to Barmouth along the hard sand is nice (wash bikes after!).

Around us in s.Manc some sections of tpt & Bridgewater way are ok but not looked at as bivvy spots.

Re: Family bikepacking

We did Bearstock with a 3yo on board. She's now outgrown the seat (Yepp Mini). We're now using a donated trailer (big & clunky) and weighing up options for next steps.

Bearstock - Thanks

After a short ride / hike up Carno Windfarm / fun descent we're in the Red Lion at Caersws. Lovely evening, huge thanks to Stuart & Dee for hosting and great to meet everyone, we'll be doing more trips now as a family as a result of how this one went, lots of fun. Big up the headnet rave crew in...

Re: Bearstock roll call

Hello, mostly an occasional lurker here but venturing along as a chance to get out with family.

Red Inbred SS with 3yr old on Yepp Mini upfront, partner on Purple 456. They'll be in a small tent me in bivy / tarp.

We don't have much gear and also little idea, looking forward to it!

Re: Woodchippers

Am running Woodchippers on my road bike (with option to run cx comps for light trail use). Love them.

Not the best camera angle to show them off, but here's pic of the setup
