I noticed the strava thing burty, maybe it's worse in the summer or there is only a few people ride it,

nice summary scott think we all lagged behind at sometime.

whilst fox forks work better than rock shox imo, having used both I would go with rock shox 100-120 used 80mm and they bottomed out a lot, the only thing with fox is the service intervals and rock shox I find hard to fine tune them but most bike shops are switching to them but as previously stated 1...

yes mart shocking quite literally got carpel tunnel and something trapped in my shoulder so will be using a shock fork to see if it helps
