Re: Fargo 29+ called the Deadwood

How cheap a Fargo? I have a large Fargo I need to find a home for. Adore my medium Fargo, which was bough as a frameset to swap all the bits over but built as a SS instead so have a 100 mile max cream large complete bike I need to sell.

Re: FS: Salsa Fargo Ti - complete bike with Rohloff

That was close! Your bike is my dream bike but I need a medium. Any particular reason for selling? My current medium Fargo fits me so well that I just don't ride any of my other bikes any more, so a Ti Rohloff version is about my only choice to change to.

Re: Bike Specific Campervan Conversion

Lots of design layout ideas here http://www.convertyourvan.co.uk/campervaninteriorlayoutdesignguideandplanner.html By far my favourite, because it has proper bike storage with a sleeping loft above it, is the Crafter conversion. I have a T5 and it seems very difficult to achieve the same separate pr...

Re: Carbon Fargo?

29+ already works in the front of a Fargo.

27.5+ works in the back too. So choose either both 27.5+ Or just rear.

Planet X London Road half price £149 in silver. Alloy frame, carbon forks, 44mm tyre clearance I believe. Good allrounder, cx gravel type bike.

There will be some Stooge steel frame sets coming up secondhand I reckon. The new Ti versions looks really good, uses a carbon fork. Check Stooge Facebook page, lots of pics.

Interesting folding solar light. Looks a great concept for the billions without electricity. Any good for bikepacking?

Re: FS: Bear Bones microfibre pack towels

First sea swim of the year and the pack towel is amazing. Hard to believe that such a small towel can dry you so easily and not even seem wet afterwards. Water was very cold, seemed much colder than my last swim on Dec 30th! My daft dream is to ride the South West Way, swim every morning and evening...

Re: FS: Singular Puffin - Medium

Presume that is Frameset? Interesting, my son has a medium Fatty and reckoned the Stooge was very close. I find the One One Fatty just slightly long and low for me, at 5'10" . I need high and shorter in my old age due to back and neck issues. By, too small, I guess you mean too short? Sounds li...
