Re: fs, 29+ wheelset.

Sportspursuit have the Shimano Transit waterproof jacket for £75 (50% off). For once, they appear to have a full range of sizes too. If I hadn't recently got and Endura MT500, I'd be tempted.

Re: 29 plus carbon fork options

I've been running Hylix carbon forks on my Krampus for a few years now. Well and truly hammered them and they're flawless. And £90.

I live in Hexham, so I simply got the first train to Berwick and started riding around 8am, got home in the dark and cold and regretting lack of chammy-cream. ht...

Riding in Dorset - Route advice

I'm in Dorset with the family for May half-term in a few weeks. Staying just west of Bridport. The OS map shows a good selection of bridleways and byways (and a shed load of contour lines). Planning on taking the Krampus with me to get out for an hour or two when opportunity arises and ideally get o...

WTD: 24" wheeled kids bike

As it says really, to suit my scrawny 7-nearly-8 year old who's outgrown his Islabike Beinn 20

Light weight is the key, either as is, or upgradeable.

Got anything?

Great thing with Altura trousers is the adjustable length, so they suit my lanky legs. Attacks are cracking winter kit.
