Re: the toughest road climb in the uk is.......... ?

The Panceltic team, based in North Wales, were musing about the Rowan climb being the toughest in the UK and they’ve done the Llyn Cowlyd climb several times......... Where's this Rowan climb? My mistake, Rowen, the climb up the the YHA. It’s about 5 miles south of Conwy - I’ve done it loaded up on...

The Panceltic team, based in North Wales, were musing about the Rowan climb being the toughest in the UK and they’ve done the Llyn Cowlyd climb several times. Personally, hmmm, Forty Acre lane going up to longridge is the only road climb I’ve stopped on going up, but that was in winter and into a na...

Inevitably there are good sites and bad sites, quiet sites and noisy sites. To the naysayers, what accommodation would you choose to stay in if you wanted to visit anoth...

Re: Topeak Turbo Morph G Mini Hand Pump With Gauge - A Load of Rubbish, or am I Doing Something Wrong?

Have both the mountain and road version of the pump, and they both work well. Have used the mountain version (or the volume version) on my fat bike and it’s performed well. Have used the road version to get to 100psi, takes a few more pumps than my track pump but it does get up there (and I’m a weak...

Re: Small cheap camera

As ever with the internet, I’ll say the complete opposite of what you need! I’ve ditched the camer for my phone as I’ve found it more convient and as such, I’ll take more pictures, it does compromise the quality but I’m happy with that. Surely you’ll have just as much faff with taking a camera out o...
