Is everyone else on super quick purpose built bikepacking lightweight mtbs with superlightweight kit and the like, and any hike a bike will be a doddle but yours truly will look like a total clown on a fat bike trying his ...

Ive be trying to work out a couple of ur routes mainly the one up drum which i want to do ( the shelter looks like a great spot which i didnt know was there even though ive walked it ) and the loop from croesor which u did awhile ago that looks spot on! just need to figure the last part out :wink: ...

Dulyn bothy, Its a good clean bothy that John. There's 2 rooms each about 14ft square. There's a fireplace but as whats been said before you'll need to carry your wood/coal as there's diddly squat up there to burn. It can also be a popular spot for DofE groups so its a gamble having the place to you...

I think a trip to the GP is in order, blood/pee test. If its a water bourne bug then it could vary greatly. Sheep sub standard, pesticides in the water, dead sheep, rats, ticks? the list can go on. But it could also be down to your body's way of acting with the fatigue. Did anyone mention Ebola yet....
