I did a spot of planned hike a bike on a route from coed y brennin to barmouth on sunday.
it took about 1 and a half hours to get to the top with the bike on my back,
just over the other side you drop down to pont secthin bridge.

my hands were shaking as I had just spent some money,

and a EBB free from mr stooge

usually after every ride , unless it comes back as clean as it went out .
They do live in the house though .

work is stupidly busy as usual , so with me it a couple of 30milers in the evening per week, and try to get a long ride from home to Cannock chase and back on sundays usually about 60/70 miles . But over the route there is no more than 1500 mtr of climbing, So im hope that 6-8 hours of constant pedd...

I have only rode it for 14miles at Cannock chase trails at the moment just to test it , couldn't go to fast as the brakes have not being bled for 8 years and were crap, but I did notice that you could throw the rear end around well, totally different ride to the krampus that I ride . then at the end...

it will only come out a few times a year as the krampus is my first choice,

rear hub today , 2 month old hope 2evo , bearings in the free hub split and have been ground up into a lovely grey paste, ground most of the ratchet off and marked al the inside of the hub and axel , I only noticed as I could not index the gears properly and on close inspection realized the cassette...

i pushed on to about 70 miles but the wind wasnt making it fun .
when i had to start peddling down hill or stop time was called.
My decision was made eaiser when a local offered me a brew.
took to much food and i may put the gears on for next time , but a good day all the same.
