Re: FS: Stooge Dirt tracker

Dam if you are getting rid of the stooge, I would love to see the other 4. Don't do it I sold my MK2 then a year later had to get the MK4. 👍👍 Its unfortunate, its a great bike and is different from anything else. Its just the one that sits at the back and never gets picked. Anyway, Sold subje...

FS: Stooge Dirt tracker - Sold

Somewhat reluctantly selling my Stooge Dirt Tracker. Great bike, a lot of fun to ride. I just dont ride as much these days and really dont need to own 5 bikes  Its obviously a used bike but has seen very little use since I bought / built it. Just a few of the parts I already had (stated below)...

FS: Chumba Sendero full bike

Looking to sell my Chumba Sendero steel hardtail. This has been a great bike since I have had it, mostly I rode it SS but it has gears on it right now. I have only just bought the fork as I did intend to keep this bike but given I want to buy a very different bike for following my son around the bik...

FS: Ritchey Ultra Frame - SOLD

A short time ago I built up a Ritchey Ultra as a 29er with rigid forks and Schwalbe G-Ones to use as a gravel bike. Reality is, I almost never ride it as I prefer to just ride my other hardtail. Frame is in excellent condition and likely did less than 300km. It rides beautifully but I just don't nee...

Re: Bike packing full suspension frame/ bike recommendations

There are some killer deals here on aluminium ones Other than the rims name and a paint job is there a difference between the 2022 and the 2023? Seriously tempted by the 22 as it seems a steal Had a turner sultan (well still have technically) and liked the DW link As far as I am aware, they just do...

Re: Bike packing full suspension frame/ bike recommendations

Chiming in to "the bike I have is great": I have an Ibis Ripley (since 2020, tested a bunch of similar bikes before I got it). Lovely balanced trail bike. I also have a Ripley, I also really like it. You can fit a small bottle under the shock and use a long frame bag above it. There are s...

Re: Spain and the £97 rule

Nonsense in reality.

Brexit has apparently created all kinds of new rules. The only difference I've seen is that the Dutch folk at hook of holland think we're all tossers.

Actually, I'm not sure that's a difference to be honest.

I'd not worry about it.

My point wasn't really that this was or wasn't a reasonable price, nor whether I would or would not pay it.

But that internet flaming and stating things are a rip off is all too common when we haven't used a service.

£100 an hour for skilled labour We live in very different worlds if you think £100 an hour is a reasonable hourly wage for any human being to earn. ( shaf is a nurse and is nowhere near that for example nor is a teacher etc or indeed almost anyone working. That is not a wage. It's an hourly rate fo...

High mount bottle cage?

Anyone know of a bottle cage with the bolt holes right at the bottom, so the cage essentially mounts very high up?

Cheers

I know of the little bar things that move cages up or down, these are the second best option
