Re: Spain and the £97 rule

Nonsense in reality.

Brexit has apparently created all kinds of new rules. The only difference I've seen is that the Dutch folk at hook of holland think we're all tossers.

Actually, I'm not sure that's a difference to be honest.

I'd not worry about it.

My point wasn't really that this was or wasn't a reasonable price, nor whether I would or would not pay it.

But that internet flaming and stating things are a rip off is all too common when we haven't used a service.

£100 an hour for skilled labour We live in very different worlds if you think £100 an hour is a reasonable hourly wage for any human being to earn. ( shaf is a nurse and is nowhere near that for example nor is a teacher etc or indeed almost anyone working. That is not a wage. It's an hourly rate fo...

High mount bottle cage?

Anyone know of a bottle cage with the bolt holes right at the bottom, so the cage essentially mounts very high up?

Cheers

I know of the little bar things that move cages up or down, these are the second best option

Selling a custom frame bag. I dont actually recall which bike it was made for but it fits most large hardtails. Deffinately fits, L El Mariachi, L Ti Timberjack, L Chumba Sendero. No reason it wont fit plenty more. Made by Wildcat to fit around 2 bottle cages and use all the space. Had it ages but i...

I feel your pain  I am in the same boat, I cleared a few big ticket items last year but need to start again and fully clear it out. I hadnt realised just how much of a hoarde...

Same as everyone here. I suspect the hubs in the first post are Novatec / Bitex and will more than likely be absolutely fine.

I have a set of hunts, trailwides from 2021. They need new grease in the freehub a bit more often than some DT Swiss I have, but other than that just keep on running.

Bike unceremoniously lobbed on a Dacia Taxi roof rack seemed to be the way in the 2020 version.
