I like my new ride now so looking to upgrade the old ultegra shifters.. any nice ones out there u can recommend that i can use non indexed?? I cant remember the us brand i liked the look of either.

I cant put my finger on it, maybe the frame on the camino is slightly smaller im not sure however iv gave it a right good riding today and i was abit happier with it :) maybe i need to give it time

:sad: Yeap i can honestly say i loved my Arkose 3. I stripped it down and sold the frame/fork only to replace it with a shinny ti camino that ive been wondering about for awhile...... HMMMMM wish id never bothered now the Arkose was a much nicer ride than this camino....i want it back :sad: Said cam...

Had mine around a year now if that amd its been used honestly about 200miles max! It feels really jumpy when u spin the axle in ya hands...should it feel like this after so little use, it didnt feel this juttery when i bought it.

Ah ive just sold a pair of shimano double sided metal pedals to a friend, they are around 32 quid on net. flat one side cleated the other.

Javi, yeah they have the 15mm axle pal. Got a nice shape to em too. I really like em but i also want to utilise my 650 2" tires i have with the camino and then theres only about 2mm :lol: i know they would work fine but i also know once im off road in the grit n mud they will start to rub loads.

So ive just bought some trp forks, they are branded as a cross fork and not gravel. My question is, how much clearance do you think is wise taking into account the amount of sub standard and dirt these will see on the trails? Im running a 42mm tire and id say there is only 3mm either side. The Alpki...
