Monday night sleepout anyone?

Weather looks good monday tues next week so considering making the most of it. Anyone free and fancy a night out in either a welsh bothy or birdhide ( not decided yet on destination ) rough plan is to maybe ride into wales and sleep out then ride home/back to vehicle.

Looking at the new grx groupsets and looks like cheapest is direct from Taiwan. Anyone know if i we have to pay more tax and import on top of that? I have in my head that we dont but was just wondering if anyones bought anything direct from said country and got stung

Have some time off tomorrow for 12. Considering taking the van and camino upto scotland but not sure what to do or wheres best to ride. I dont wanna stay out just day rides from the van i think....tarmac n gravel anyone got any route ideas... i fancy a day over to applecross and some riding up the c...

The bike fit is fine, im just leaving the steerer longer so if i ever sell the fork im not limiting my sale to just short arses like me :lol:

:lol: Well just taken the camino out with the new lauf true grit sl fork on and its made such a difference to what was a super harsh ride over roots n rocks into a very enjoyable ride with no achy wrists or arms on my return. Iv been fighting them off for awhile as i thought they looked ugly..... bu...

Pikes over reba, was simple i didnt like how the reba felt. The pikes are so much better built and when im not bikepacking and just throwing them over rocks i want a plusher front end.

Iv put new forks on the camino, and i want to leave the steerer fairly long that way if i ever change my mind and sell the forks are more use to someone else ( AND IT KEEPS MY FRONT END A BIT HIGHER ) iv got 55mm of spacers though is this abit excessive or ok The fork website says max 30mm spacers :...

Hmmm i asked andy the same and he suggested the 120mm which is fine, but i personally think it kicks the front end up to high.

Changin a rockshox fork from 120mm to 100mm

Does anyone know if i were to reduce the pike from 120 travel to 100 travel if the phyical height of the fork stays the same or i loose 20mm in height... i want to change the height of the front of the stooge as 120 pushes it up to much i should of got the 100mm fork? So wondered if by changing the ...
