short and long term rides

Hello gang.
short term im looking to doing the Gower loop ride http://www.bikepacking.com/routes/gower ... king-loop/ on or around the 21-23 june and then the Scottish capital trail from 12/08. my pace is about 25 miles/1000m on a hard day and 45 miles 1200m on a great day, depending on the terrain/weather .
im always looking to ride local and chat kit/bikes etc.
its great to be home now i have found Bearbones and the UK bike packing community.
