Wicklow Mountains - Tarp content.

Post by Bearbonesnorm »

On Monday I'll be heading off to the Wicklow Mountains for a week. Nothing strange in that apart from the fact that Dee's coming too  It'll be her first proper 'trip' and she's determined to do it properly (although I do seem to be carrying quite a few things extra). I imagine that we might be swapping the Welsh midges and rain for Irish ones, so thought I wouldn't make her suffer under a tiny tarp (she doesn't want to take a tent) ... this is my solution.

Plenty of room for 4, never mind 2.

10 pegs and 1 pole (2nd pole required if you want a posh doorway) ;)
May the bridges you burn light your way

Looks the business, and I hope Dee really enjoys it too - after all the hard work she puts in for all of us.

Will be interested to hear how you get on over there, I had looked at it as an option for my Easter trip with the boys but read lots of tales about there being very little access to land etc.

Looks almost Bedouin, I can just picture that in a desert somewhere.
