Fitting a Wildcat Lion

Hi all,
I've got a wildcat lion for my bar roll, but not sure I'm fitting it right as it gradually rotates/slides down, especially on rougher ground, so the bag ends up rubbing on the tyre, and I have to stop to hoist, reposition and tighten everything...
I did have the instructions somewhere to double check I'm fitting it right, but can't find them since my house move :/

Are the instructions online somewhere?

I'm fitting to a Planet X Full Monty if that makes any difference as it's an XL and the crown to bars distance is quite big....

The stitching on the top loop below the buckle needs to be on top of the bars.
The loop up from the forks needs to thread through the lower buckle thing which needs to be as high as it can go
where it joins the main body.
I found the best way to get a fixed ie non sliding fit is to thread through half the lower buckle on one side and tighten on the top buckle.
Then do the other side but fully threading the lower buckle. You need to get this tight as it is not free running and no amount of tightening the top will stop movement if the lower loop is not tight.
Then re do the first side fully threading the lower buckle.
When its done up tight it feels right and part of the bike.
Mark the lower straps so you can thread the lower loop without having to faff with half doing one side then the other but only after you are happy that its right.
Another thing to try is look at the shape of your dry bag. If its oval in shape not round fit the widest part facing forward not down.

Also worth clipping the bag in before you fit it to keep everything where it should be.

Is there not a pdf of the instructions?
