Should be good if the weather holds. I would dearly like not to repeat that Saturday storm from last year. Be good to catch up Marc.

I'll be there, but not got a fast run planned as I'll be working to someone else's pace.

I'll be there. This will be the first event I've been to so looking forward to putting faces to some of the names from here.

I'm driving up on Thursday and staying at Lobb Fields camp site. If anyone else is staying there come and say hi. I'll be easy to spot, I'm the bald bloke in his late 40s who'll be constantly packing, unpacking and re-repacking a bike whilst checking the weather forecast every 10 minutes trying to decide how little kit I can get away with

I don't think that's going to narrow it down much! ;-)

I'll be able to recognise you Ian as you're one of the stars of the ITT scene, perhaps I should bring my Joining the Dots for you to sign

We've got a red toyota yaris which is ideal transport for 2 adults, camping kit and a bike

Hi, I'd like to upload this route in spotwalla and then link it to the SPOT Gen 3 but I'm lost.

I have already created the Track in spotwalla https://spotwalla.com/trackViewer.php?id=4983
Now what's next? Create a trip or something?

Ok, 10 minutes later I've created this trip:
https://spotwalla.com/tripViewer.php?id ... d158f5576e

Will this work?

Cheers

Did the Craigie not sign yours? I'll have a word if not...

We've had our share of inappropriate family vehicles too! Anyhow come and say hi if you spot us :-bd

I'll be there fairly early on the Thursday night, so if any of you head to one of the local pubs, feel free to say and I'll pop in and say hello. :)

I will also be camping at Lobb on Thursday. Anyone recommend a good place for a pub dinner?

We've got to find somewhere to eat as well. I see there's a couple of pubs in town so one is bound to be OK. I'm more concerned about the weather forecast for Friday, hopefully it will change by the time Friday comes round.

Yeah, it's really not looking good. After last year I'm nervous of anything that makes it look like we're going to be up against it weather wise. =/

Good luck everyone. Hopefully the weather isn't a repeat of last year's Storm Katie.

sean_iow: there's a couple of pubs and a couple of restaurants but being Easter they can be busy so booking would be advised. We ate at SQ - one of those "we can fit you in if you are reasonably quick" seatings.

Are there any British people on this thread? Weather looks a little showery which is the UK Bank Holiday equivalent of Scorchio!

I'm here now Dave. It is a little overcast TBH.
