Dry bags for wildcat tiger?

Post by cloudnine »

Recently bought a wildcat tiger 2nd hand.
Is it best to get a tapered bag to fit it?
Any recommendations apart from the wildcat specific dry bags?

Tapered ones fit much, much better. The alpkit ones fit pretty well and are very tough.

The wildcat ones are a perfect fit (funnily enough!) and are well worth it. I would highly recommend them

I have both the Alpkit and Wildcat tapered bags. As Ian says, both are fine, you get a bit more volume in the Alpkit one. I've also used standard Exped dry bags which do work but you have to pack them carefully to avoid dead spaces.

I agree with both Ian and Bob ... but sometimes I store an innertube down in the tapered nose, uses the potentially dead space created by not using a tapered bag.
