Looks like I volunteered so a couple of proposals in no particular order.
Mendips - Priddy, Charterhouse, Velvet Bottom, Ubley and bivvy around Priddy Pools.
Needs someone who knows the area to put a route together.
Quantocks from Taunton or somewhere closer.
Exmoor from Minehead.
Dartmoor same as last year bivvy at Crazy Well Pool.
Dartmoor HAB up High Willhayes the highest point south of the Brecons. No firing that weekend. Meet up Oakhampton area. Either bivvy at high level or retreat to lower level weather depending.
Canal ride Bristol TM via Bath and along the canal to somewhere bivvy and come back.
Somewhere else any suggestions?
Problem from this far out is weather but I have a cunning plan which may make the weekend not weather dependant. Updates to follow.

If Dartmoor – same as last year using ‘darbeze’ route.
Meet 1200 onwards Fox Tor Café or Plume if preferred note also includes faffing time.
Depart Princetown carpark 1400 and ride last years route with opportunity to marvel at the spectacular sunset and far reaching views from Hartor. Then back to Plume for refreshments dry/thaw out.
Those bivvying depart Plume for either Hartor area or Crazy Well Pool (my preferred) as trees nearby for shelter and hammocks and a carpark within a k or two for anyone who just wants to join for the bivvy.
Bunkhouse at Fox Tor café if required and not full of kayakers.
Anyone joining late can meet up at Plume or at bivvy site.
Afternoon ride not compulsory.
GPX file of ride route and to bivvy site will be available in advance.
All back to Fox Tor Café for breakfast Sunday morning agree we had a good time and must do it again next year.
Depending on weather conditions I might just might ride up on Friday from Ivybridge and back on Sunday after breakfast.

A door just closed re hiring a bothy on Dartmoor so cunning plan is no more.

Mendips used to be my playground many years ago so be nice to revisit as long as still not banned from Hunters Lodge for trying to traverse the front bar room
clinging to the exposed stone wall.

Is 'Emilys' still going on Priddy Green or is it a gastro pub now?

I didn't say how hilly it was.

It's more about the social event than a beasting across the moors in winter.

A big thanks to Taylor for organising this years event.

The weather was reminiscent of Tuscany on Saturday and Exmoor managed to hide all of its scenery as visibility was less than 100 meters as the rain came in almost horizontally.
Fortunately some expert planning led to a pub where we stopped for a 'brief' 5 hours eating, drinking and almost drying out before we headed to the bothy with a couple of Italys finest bottles of red.....
Sunday morning bought some sun shine and views! In fact the view from the loo was stunning.
A couple of hours ride back to the cars followed by an all-day brunch ended the winter bivy.
Thanks to Taylor, Si and Mike for the company.
