Severn Way
Thinking of riding part of the Severn Way with my twelve year old son. Starting from Gloucester as it is close to us and heading up stream, has anyone ridden this part or know if it is possible? I know it is a footpath, but on a few websites, people are saying it is possible.

Ive looked at this several times, but not been down that way yet. So watches with interest

Chicken legs and I sneaked onto the Welsh bit of it during our LEJOG . It was great but very cheeky and I would not advise riding it at weekends. We were lucky as it was deserted. I really hope they allow bike access as the bit we rode would have been fine for shared access.
