On the highland Trail route at the top of the Bealach horn looking across to Arkle. I climbed Arkle and Foinaven with my Dad in one epic day in 1987 actually 30 years ago more or less to the day that this photo was taken last week. One of my main aims for the HT was to get this view so was well happy.

Back from Scottish holidays, lots of photos too look at, so I'll start with one of the few I remember taking.

All a bit random but a crop and for me it works. First 'selfie' I've actually liked.

Shame you can't see the face here, I cocked up the timing a bit.

I'll leave it up to you lot to figure out where these were taken ;)

Second photo is good Dan. First one as you say, timing off, but would work as a product shot :)

On the Northumberland/Cumbria border.
If you're heading that way message me and I'll show you where it is.

Thanks Greg, timing had never been been my speciality. I do need to persuade Luke (the photo subject) to take less gear next time though, his bike was somewhat comical. Mind, only his second trip so at least he's out! :-bd

Gari, little arrow, then BBB code and it'll embed easily for you. Never been in the Corrie in summer so nice to see what is under all that snow and ice :)

Thanks Greg, from the phone it only allows a link I'm afraid. Should have waited until I got home eh?!

M6, Voiglander 35/1.4, Kentmere 400. Quick scan to work out some options.
