Potential Emergency Carbon Fork Needed

Post by Escape Goat »

Hi

My sids are broken, my pikes don’t move and I’m not sure if I have time to travel adjust my xfusion. Does anyone have any carbon forks going. Got the Dales Divide next week.

29 boost like whisky etc….

I don’t have any spare forks I’m afraid, but I did adjust the travel on my x-fusion forks the other day following this video from cotic, dead easy, took 15 minutes https://youtu.be/Zt56ICZtcWY?si=6I0QvbpmAzmrAdnR

Ah thanks all. I may have managed to get my pikes working to a fashion. I could always ride my xfusion at 130 but bit much for the dd.

Looking at it I can’t really throw any more money at my bike for a bit, so I’ll have to wait.

Thanks all.

I’ve got an old salsa carbon fork that came with a frame I bought. Would need to check if boost, is that of any interest?

Thanks all, the option of running my pike that’s in dire need of a service looks like the option I may have to go with. My new sids have gone for inspection, so will have to chance it.

Thanks again everyone.
