Annoying as thought I’d found the perfect wet wether commuting leg wear but they are a touch too short in the leg for me (I’m 6’1” skinny build and maybe a 32/33ish inside leg).
These are a well thought out combination of waterproof fabric on the lower legs to stop road spray and on the ‘lap’ to stop water that runs off your jacket. The bum, backs of thighs and knees are a stretchy soft shell that means they can be cut to fit snug.
Would be less useful on a mtb with no rear mudguard, but i got them for commuting on wet shitty roads with
Mudguards and I reckon they are perfect for the job (Apart for the annoying gap between my shoes and the bottom of the leg!). If you are a touch shorter they are nice and narrow at the hem with a substantial gripper that should seal well with a boot.
I paid north of £100 for them and have only worn them twice so looking for £75 posted.

Just for reference, I've had a pair of these for near on 5 years and they're still going strong. I've never seen anyone else with a pair!

No longer for sale.
I emailed the showers pass guy (I think his name is Frazer)on the off chance and he says he is happy to exchange them so long as I give them a wash.
So they’re going back and I just bought a new waterproof jacket for the commute - genuinely one of the most helpful bike companies I’ve ever dealt with.
